Hi,
Thanks for updating.
Internet header of incoming e-mails records the message routing hops and
format information. The sent e-mails don't have internet header. To check
which servers the mail passed, you need the check the internet header on
recipient side.

<It is a little confusing when I look at the internet header box. None of
my
<"sent" items have any internet header information, and some of my received
<mail from local senders does and some doesn't. Why wouldn't my sent items
<have it, and if there is no information does it mean my received items are
