When asked by a client to create additional e-mail addresses in SBS, I've
always created a specific user account for that purpose, assigned the
correct "Send As" permissions in AD, and then opened the additional mailbox
in the respective user's Outlook client.
However, doing some searching on the Web for another issue, I noticed that
you can assign an e-mail address to a Public Folder, which on the surface
would appear to do the same thing.
Can anyone please provide an idea of the advantages/disadvantages of each
approach?
