I am looking for some group policy that allows me to ensure that each
user has the default icons i want them to have without going to
100pc's to do it manually?

anmy ideas

Are you using SBS? It doesn't sound like it, if you have 100 PCs. This isn't
the best newsgroup for your question if so.
If you want group policy help, try posting in m.p.windows.group_policy.
You may want to look into folder redirection for the desktop.

This is in the "All Users" desktop folder in c:\documents and
settings... on each PC.
