What are the SCL ratings on the filtered emails and can you sdjust IMF
connection Filtering to accomodate? I'm not sure about IMF Archieve Manager
but I do know and use it myself that IMF Companion has a Whitelisting option
that works for me.

Any help with this challenge greatly appreciated...
I've been troubleshooting this problem for awhile now and can't seem to
get
the right solution. We have one vendor who sends us email confirmations of
human resource tests that applicants have taken. The emails are
consistently
captured by the IMF filter.
What can I do to allow these emails to continue to the users inbox? I've
done the following.
1. Exchange System Manager - Global Settings - Message Delivery -
Connection
Filtering -
Added the senders IP address to the Global Accept List. Got the IP from
the
header information from the IMF Archive Manager screen.
2. Exchange System Manager - Global Settings - Message Delivery -
Connection
Filtering - Exception -
Added the senders @domainname to the list.
None of this seems to help. The emails are consistently caught. Please let
me know your thoughts on how to correct.
