Communication problem b/w ISA and DC

Hi,
We are running ISA2k4 Std. + Sp1 on Win2k3 Ent. SP1. The installation
was flawlessly done and the server runs well for around 3 weeks.
Suddenly the AD users, who are allowed to access the internet,
occasionally start receiving the authentication popups for re-login,
though being an AD user they should not be asked because
authentication process done automatically among client, ISA and DC.
Indeed, the problem could be ignored if the user is being asked once
but continuous popup's frustrate the users.
On ISA, the AD, DHCP and DNS connection verifier frequently reports a
connection failure. Event viewer reports Event Id: 21137...The
connectivity verifier "AD" reported an error when trying to connect to
ISA.ABC.org. Reason: No connection.
We have already run the netdiag, dcdiag between ISA and domain
controller - From time to time, the result of the commands varies;
sometimes the commands pass all tests and occasionally failed to pass
the tests. The DC and ISA are connected over 100 M/bits.
One thing I forgot to tell is that we are also running Symantec
Antivirus 10 corporate edition on the same server. SAV clients are
updated through this server. Could this be a problem?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Dj
