Forget the IP address and any link you have created try typing below into the browser window (after the possible errors of no internet connection bla bla)
HTTPS://TYPESERVERNAMEHERE/CONNECTCOMPUTER and submit the errors, if any, back to the group.

I did exactly as you said, but once i goto my ipaddress/ConnectComputer and
click the link which usually downloads and runs the setup wizard, nothing
happens... I click the link and nothing comes up.. Any ideas why?
