SystemState is at the very end of the wizard backup, if that is what you are
using. (If not, let us know you're using a custom)

Media error is often a full media. Is there adequate free space, no quota
restrictions, etc that might cause it to fail? I've also seen network
problems cause this type of error to be reported, but your case seems too
repeatable for a transient problem like that.
