RE: Allowing Domain Power User to Access the Backup Part of Servermana

Hi Tony,

Technically speaking, SBS 2003 requires you have Domain Admins membership
in order to view the backup snapin. This is by design and we''re sorry for
the confusion caused thus far.

Meanwhile, I have created and will pursue a Design Change Request with our
product group so that I can make sure Backup Operators can use it as well.
I really thought that although it is not bug in the operating system;
however, it do bring inconvenience to our SBS users. We will definitely be
creating a KB article so others that run into the same issue will not get
confused.

Once again, please accept our sincere apologize for the inconvenience may
be caused by this issue. We look forward to work with you in the newsgroup
again.

Have a nice day!
