Outlook 2003 not working

Sorry in advance for reposting - but still struggling with one client pc &
result is having to use out of date Outlook 2000 with our new SBS 2003 R2
Premium!!!.

The error message that it sends to MS is quite long, but there is a message
at times that it is having a problem with "running a DLL as an App" if that
means anything? The details relate to AppName rundll32.exe & ModName
msmapi32.dll

Have ended up again uninstalling it & reinstalling Outlook 2000!!! I have
other pc's on the network that have no problem - only difference is that
they use OEM Office 2003 SBE installed with new pc whereas this pc is using
Office SBE Upgrade from Office XP Standard & also has Frontpage 2003 as an
upgrade from Frontpage 2000 on it. All pc's have an application written in
Access 2000 (or it may even be 97!) As suggested in previous posting I have
removed the mail profile before deleting & re-installing - same result
though. Have also tried installing from the SBS Outlook setup over the
network, rather than the Office discs - still the same!

Any thoughts? It seems that when unloading Outlook some of the files remain
as Outlook 2000 offered to just reuse the settings from the previous version
of Outlook on the pc!!
