Joe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx says...

I have a user whose email name is different than their user logon name .
Their email consequently is not being delivered to their exchange box. hoe do
i fix that?

It is being delivered to exchange but not routing to users named exchange box.

Just so I'm clear ... For example: You have a user "Joe Smith" who's
login is JSmith but who's e-mail alias is JoeS. But you are NOT saying
that JSmith is using domain CompanyA.com while JoeS is using
CompanyB.com, correct?

How is the mail being delivered? SBS POP3 Connector, direct SMTP, both,
or something else (such as 3rd-party POP3 connector)?
