Hi,
Thanks for posting in our newsgroup and also for Joe's input.
Please let me the following to make the situation more clearly:
1. How do the outlook users send and receive e-mail, via SBS server or
Internet directly?
2. If you user SBS server, did you configure POP3 connector to retrieve
e-mail from Internet?
3. Where are the there places the users using outlook? What e-mail servers
do they connect at different locations and what protocol they use?
4. Are they domain users of SBS domain?
5. What the use of LDAP(2.X) in your environment? Do you want to configure
that in Outlook at different location?
