Thanks for posting back.
Let us refer to the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1.Reset computer password on the problematic computer.
For more info on how to use the netdom command to reset machine account
passwords, please refer to:

The Netdom tool is in the Support Tool of Windows server, you can install
the Support Tools from Support\Tools folder in Windows server installation
CD.
2.In addition,If you don't use the old name,also use a new name,what's the
result?
3.if you change a user to login,what's the result? Please try mutiple users
to login,then test again.
If issue persists,Please also help me collect the network MPS reports on
the SBS server and problematic server for analyze: To do this:
a. Visit
http://download.microsoft.com/download/b/b/1/bb139fcb-4aac-4fe5-a579-30b0bd9
15706/MPSRPT_NETWORK.EXE. to download the file.
b. Run the MPSRPT_NETWORK.EXE on the server box.
c. Wait for 10~15 minutes.
d. Open Windows explorer, navigate to
%SYSTEMROOT%\MPSReports\Network\Reports\cab\
e. Send the .cab file directly to me at v-jaluo@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
f. Repeat step b - d to install the MPSRPT_NETWORK.EXE on one client
computer and send me the .cab file for analyze.
Please compress all file and send to me at v-jaluo@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
