Hi Ron,
Thanks for posting here.
From the description, I understand the issue is that when a user loginvista,he get error message from client setup wizard. If I am off base,
please don't hesitate to let me know.
Let us refer to the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
As you said,you have applied all the patches in KB926505,and you have made
the user to be member of local administrators group. So It's really weird
for your issue.
Please disjoin and manually rejoin the domain(donot use
connectcomputer),add the domain user to be member of local administrators
group,login the domain user again,what's the result?
If issue persists,Please capture screenshot of error message,save as jpg
file and send to me at v-jaluo@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
