Zach
I've emailed one of our MVPs in Seattle to see if he has any contacts in the Portland area
I'll let you know

Thanks for responding Cris. We are in Portland, Oregon, and have worked both
with Diversitech and Oregon Business Resource, neither of which have seemed
to be real strong with SBS2003. I would welcome any suggestions for an
SBS-MVP in this area, because you are correct, in that we have a LOT of
issues!
The server does not have SP2 installed.
The site stopped working after I uninstalled and reinstalled the monitoring
component. Another thing that seems weird is that there used to be an ASP.net
tab on the properties pages of the IIS websites, but now that is no longer
present and there is a "Server 2002" tab instead.
Please let me know your thoughts and whether you can recommend a through and
through SBS expert in the Portland metro area. Thanks!

Where are you located....you say you've had lots of IT people in...but
doesn't sound like you've had anyone who knows SBS
Sounds like you have lots of issues going on, that we may or may not be able
to resolve via newsgroup postings. Maybe we can recommend some SBS
friendly resources in your area
What you haven't told us is...what happened thursday night (since the
internal sight stopped working Friday morning)
Any Chance Windows Server SP2 was installed??
