Please help with small DHCP question

I am having some issues with the DHCP.
We are running SBS2003 Standard.
We have around four of 13 systems with this problem I'm going to describe to
you.
computername01:
When ping computername01 is entered from the compoter the IP is 192.168.16.26
When pinged from the server it times out and the address is 192.168.16.15
In DHCP the IP address is 192.168.16.26
Another one of our systems does the same thing but when pinged from the
server it is grabbing an IP from local printer on our network. The printer is
working fine.
I have done ipconfig /flushdns, registerdns, release and renew from
computername01 and still the same IPs appear on the systems and server.
When ipconfig /release was enetered this was displayed:
IP 0.0.0.0
SubnetMask 0.0.0.0
Doesn't it appear as if DHCP is not renewing the IPs correctly or is there
another issue I should look at.
Below is the ipconfig of the server which when I showed it to a friend that
owns a networking company said that the ipconfig doesn't tell him anything.
He did ask why my subnetmask was .128 and not 0 and I can't remember for the
life of me why. I think it was because the ISP assigned that subnet mask with
the static IP.
