Re: Sync Contacts with Global Address Book

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Found this in Outlook Help

Change where personal addresses are stored

On the Tools menu, click Address Book.

1.. In the Address Book dialog box, click Tools, and then click Options.
2.. In the Keep personal addresses in list, click an option.
Note Microsoft Outlook stores personal addresses in the Contacts folder by
default.

We have a public Folder which has Address book, but there is no way to
make
it the default contacts in outlook is there?

Better suggestion,
Create a public folder and enable it as a Windows Address Book and have
all
users copy their contacts there, then new contacts which need to be
shared
should be created there
