Thank you for the reply. I am very distrubed to hear that it may be malware,
spyware or the such. I have Panda installed on the network and thought it was
protecting tme. Guess I need to relook and see if it is still working. I will
be running other anti ** software today. Again thanks for your reply.

Sorry to say but this error is caused by malware\spyware. Run your resident AV and then a few on line ones. Same with AdAware,Spybot,CW Schredder etc.
What give this issue away is the ** explorer.exe ** and the address and referenced memory location changes each time the error is shown
