Error running kb:926505 adding vista clients to sbs2003

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry


After getting the message when trying to add a vista client to the
SBS2003 server that you must have administrator rights to add this
client.

I found the solution in kb article 926505.
But when I am trying to apply the file mentioned in KB 926505,
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/926505) I get the message ?the
specified module could not be found" , ?installation did not complete"

So I am stuck here, did anyone else encounter this problem and if, is
there a solution?

I have a fully update SBS2003 server
With adding Windows XP pro clients there are no problems.
