sbs 2003 licensing question

Hi

A few years ago we purchased a dell pc which came preinstalled with sbs
2003. Now we wish to replace this server with a new server.

1. Can we use the original sbs server licenses and disks with the new server
if only one server will be used at a time?

2. If the new server breaks down for some reason can we use the old server
in the meanwhile using the same sbs license?
