Wow is it necessary to send 3 identical messages?
Your new A record could be the same as you will use when you create the MX
record for mail. For instance it could be mail.domainname.com. Then your url
for RWW would be https://mail.domainname.com/remote.

When using RWW remote clients must type in https://externalIP/remote
because the ISP doesnt have a host record yet.
What do I need to do to make it the https://servername/remote that
they can type instead of the public IP?
I assume just to call the ISP to create a host record for servername
to the public IP?
Should the A Record on the ISP point to:
https://servername.domain.com/remote
or
https://servername/remote
Also since client has only 1 public IP what happens when they
eventually want to use Exchange Server, wont the MX record point to
the same IP Address and cause problems?
