the primary DNS suffix is missing for some reason. It should be the same as the domain, in your case couragesafetysystems.local. Or, is that an illegally long name? - seems to me there might be an issue there but I can't recall what (aside from huge inconvenience).
when you do a reinstall, a nice domain name would be css.local ;-).

Try kb 292822, you don't need the hotfix mentioned there, but do the
regedits.
I'd also run the 'configure remote access' wizard from the todo list, and
run CEICW again. Do an ipconfig/release and /renew from the workstations,
and see if they get a normal lan address instead of one out of the RRAS
pool.
