Thanks for posting back.

Based on your reply,I think it is so weird issue. Please let me know what
security group does he belong to. If you add him into domain admin group to
see if it make any difference.

Please send the evt files again,because when I open the file,It says
corrupted file.

By the way,Please capture screenshot of the "access denied". To do so:

A. Press Alt + Pr Scrn to capture a screen shot.
B. From Start, go to Run, enter pbrush in the Open box, and then click OK.
C. Use Ctrl + V to paste the screen shot to the canvas.
D. From the File menu, go to Save and save as a JPG file and send it to me
at v-jaluo@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Please send all the files to me at v-jaluo@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
