Please consider using the SBS POP3 connector in Exchange Server. It's
easier - one point of configuration instead of a separate configuration for
each mail profile, centralized backup and virus scanning, simpler
management, one connection per mail pickup instead of one per user per
pickup, etc. Of course, migrating to regular SMTP mail would be best of
all, but I think you'll find the POP connector more reliable than a bunch of
separately configured Outlook profiles.

Each time a workstation is restarted, the default mail account changes
from
the POP3 account to the Exchange Mail Account. The client wants the POP3
account as the default always. How can I fix this and why is it doing
this.
