Thanks for updating.
I am not sure about the following:
1. FTP server is on the Internet, the ftp client is Windows XP with
OfficeNet software. Is that right?
2. You want the Windows XP with OfficeNet visit FTP with active mode. Is
that right?
Please change the IE to work in Active mode FTP and see if this helps.
Please also try to disable Receive Side Scaling on SBS server, my issues
such as companyweb is resolved by doing so.
