Outlook is not installed, but outlook express is. Something about a

OE doesn't use MAPI. They were talking about Outlook, I am certain.
But why should we not run BES on SBS?
It isn't recommended, and I'm surprised Blackberry didn't tell you that. I
didn't think they'd even support that config.
It's really best not to run it on an Exchange server at all, let alone your
all-in-one Exchange box & DC. Mind you, many people do it - I just
wouldn't.

The guys at Blackberry said i need to uninstall outlook express from
our SBS 2003 server, in order to get Blackberry Enterprise Server
working properly... i.e. receiving calendar, task, etc.
Help can't fugure this out.
Ciao!
I've never heard of such a thing. Are you sure they weren't talking
about Outlook? You shouldn't have Outlook installed on an Exchange
server anyway.
That said, you really ought not to run BES on your SBS box either,
to be honest....
