I am sorry for the delay due to the weekend.

Since you are using German Edition of SBS, please kindly contact your local
support as we need to analyze the logs to perform troubleshooting. Thanks
for your understanding.

In addition, my colleague met the same issue before: Customer said RWW is
not working and asking for authentication again and again but no error
message. He created a test user and tried to log and everything starts
working. That's very strange. Please try to create a new user and have a
try.
