I have run the "Mailbox Management Process" several times (weekly &

I have setup a mailbox manager policy which has a priority of 1 to
delete sent items after 60 days, deleted items after 30 days &
system cleanup folders to 30 days. I have users with deleted items
dating back to 2005. What am I missing?

Policy is only half the job. Have you configured the mailbox
management *process* for the server(s) you want this to be applied?

No, it works like a charm but can be a little tricky the first time or two
you set it up. Did you create a seperate Policy or extend your exiting
recepient policy?
