I need to be able to give power users, or a few non-admins, access to
server desktops on our domain using RWW. Please advise. While I do
not necessarily want them to access the PDC, I do need them to access
other servers, for various reasons. I see this is functions as
designed, but was hoping for a work around. They can access
workstation desktops just fine, but no menu option for servers.

What exacxtly do you need them to do once they've logged in?

A domain power user can log into the SBS server via RD (not at the console)
and perform a number of tasks. You can use group policy & AD groups to
control who can log into member servers. You may wish to look into AD
delegation for more granular options.
