I've changed our server IP Address. Now we can not send outgoing email. We
can recieve outside email, but not send. I'm not sure what else I need to

I ran the internet/email wizard again.
If you were using a Smarthost to relay outgoing mail, running the CEICW
definitely resets the credentials that most Smarthosts require. You
will need to reenter the username & password information the Smarthost
wants.
