SBS 2003 Premium R2 after Service Pack 2 and IE7 via WSUS - companyweb not working

HI -
I have a server with SBS 2003 Premium R2 that I purchased in October
2006. About 3 weeks ago I finally turned on the WSUS to automate
updates to servers and clients. I noticed that it installed several
updates including Service Pack 2 and IE7.
I noticed yesterday that I cannot access http://companyweb or https://companyweb
via the server or any of the internal clients even though those sites
are listed in IE7's trusted sites and intranet sites. I also know
that RWW was working previous to turning on WSUS but I have not tested
it since.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I have read through the Google
groups posts and the one thing I thought I might try is to uninstall
"Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration" on the server but
I have not tried that yet. When I called Dell about this issue they
recommended uninstalling the service pack and/or IE7 and then if that
didn't work to do a complete re-install of SBS! Obviusly I would like
to avoid this if possible! My problem is that I don't really know
where to begin since it seems like it could be an IE7 issue, a service
pack issue, or maybel an ISA issue (ISA is installed but I have not
really done any configuration on it.)
Thanks for any advice!
.
