I test a test on Windows Vista client, but problem cannot be reproduced. It
may also relate to Fax device. Please check if the fax is in HCL list.

<to see if problem can be resolved.

<Step 2: Please take the following steps to remove and then reinstall the
<Fax component.

<1. Click Start, point to Control Panel and click Add or Remove Programs.
<2. Select Windows Small Business Server 2003 and then click Change/Remove.
<Click Next in the Setup Wizard.
<3. On the Windows Configuration page, click Next.
<4. On the Component Selection page, in the Action column, change Fax
<Services to Remove and then click Next.
<5. On the Component Summary page, click Next. Go through the wizard to
<remove Fax Services.
<6. Repeat the steps to install Fax Services; note that change Fax Services
<to Install in step 4.

<Note: When you reinstall the Fax component, SBS 2003 CD 1 is needed.
