RE: Remote Access Wizard Error

Thank you for kind update.

The Windows Server 2003 sp1 is not equal to SBS 2003 sp1. And the SBS 2003
sp2 is not release till now.

Therefore, please let me know the detail version of your SBS.

Anyway, please go through the following document to install SBS 2003 sp1:

The SBS 2003 sp1 standard edition including the following components:

Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1
Windows SharePoint Services 2.0 Service Pack 1
Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 1
Windows XP SP2 for Client Deployment
Windows Small Business Server 2003 Service Pack 1

If you had already installed windows server 2003 sp2 on the SBS before you
install SBS 2003 sp1, you no need to uninstall windows server 2003 sp2
before you install SBS 2003 sp1. You can just jump over the windows server
2003 sp1 installation step in above document.

If the issue persists, please kindly help me collect some information for
further investigation:

Please use the Networking MPS report to collect the server event logs and
other configuration info:

a. Download MPSreport_network from
http://download.microsoft.com/download/b/b/1/bb139fcb-4aac-4fe5-a579-30b0bd9
15706/MPSRPT_NETWORK.EXE

b. Run MPSRPT_NETWORK.exe on the server box.

c. The tool will automatically collect the information. This procedure will
take 10~15 minutes.

d. Open Windows Explorer, navigate to the folder:
%SystemRoot%\MPSReports\Network\Reports\Cab\

e. Send the .cab file directly to my mailbox: v-terliu@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
