Hi Chad,
Thanks for posting in our newsgroup and also for Costas¡¯s input.
From your description, I know that you send Fax with Outlook software. Ifyou add a .tff file as a attachment, you get the following:
¡°The MS Fax transport failed to deliver the message to the recipient. Not
all attachments can be rendered.¡±
If I am off-base, please don¡¯t hesitate to let me know.
Please let me know the following to make the situation more clearly:
1. Do all clients or some of them have this problem?
2. Which version of outlook do you use?
3. What¡¯s the brand of your fax device?
Please take the following steps to narrow down this issue:
For some reason in Office 2003, the file associations for ".tif" and
".tiff" have been changed to MSPaper.Document. Please try the following.
Open regedit, migrate to:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\MSPaper.Document\shell\printto\command and set to
rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_PrintTo /pt "%1"
"%2" "%3" "%4"
Once that is done, TIF attachments are rendered and sent from Outlook
without a problem.

Hope above information helps.
If you need further assistance, please don¡¯t hesitate to let me know.
Best regards,

<Outlook doesn't have rendering capabilities and that's the reason for the
