It is recommended that you take into the following article to get more
information to configure internet connection in SBS 2003 environment:

825763 How to configure Internet access in Windows Small Business Server
2003

http://support.microsoft.com/?id=825763

If you are using the Standard Edition, there is no ISA,the CEICW Wizard
will configure the RRAS component to be the basic firewall.

please ensure that you have run the CEICW wizard to enable firewall and
publish the "Outlook via the internet", "Remote Web Workspace" to internet
by opening port 443 in the firewall.

Note: the FQDN that you type in the "Web server name" box in the "Web
Server Certificate" page must be the same name that you use to connect to
the Web site from the Internet. For example, if the URL that you use to
connect to RWW is <https://aabb.com/remote>, type "aabb.com" in the "Web
server name" box.

after you run CEICW,you can make the current site secured.

In addition,I am researching whether It is possible to host multiple SSL
website on the SBS Server. but it's not recommended because it will
increase the server load. Since you are using standard version, I assume
you don't have ISA installed.
if ISA installed,I think that can be done. and other SSL sites on
additional web server can also be done.

Have a nice day!
