Directories: 3059
Files: 29560
Bytes: 4,340,524,163
Time: 10 minutes and 41 seconds

As far as I can tell those files are fine, I can browse to them and
open the gif file thats listed.

I think the problem is with the VSS service because I also get this
error in the event log every time I run a backup.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Ntfs
Event Category: Disk

The file system structure on the disk is corrupt and unusable. Please
run the chkdsk utility on the volume \Device
\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy14.

Anybody ever seen this, the server runs fine otherwise.

Thanks,

Not yet however it shows the error with the VSS volume not the C
partition. or would the corrupt VSS indicate a problem with the C
partition?
