Re: OWA-IE6 Access denied

OWA works on port 443.

So, you should get a blinking cursor if you run "telnet mail.mycompany.com 443" from a command prompt on the remote client. (providing telnet isn't blocked somewhere).

If you ping mail.mycompany.com, does it show the correct IP address of the server?

As this happened when you changed ISPs, and OWA still works from other locations, then the ISP should help you resolve it.

Hi,

This should always be https:// as if configured properly it is going over SSL but if it worked under http:// then company has done something different.

Instead of exchange on the end of your link what happens if you put the word .... remote

This is assuming it is a Small Business Server at the other end as remote will not work if it isn't. (needs https://)

been using all along is http://)

I am in Singapore. I just switched from STARHUB maxonline to SINGNET ADSL

Problem still unsolved.same link worked before but now it doesn't . (&

Shouldn't be a problem changing ISP , havent heard them blocking OWA
ports... who is ISP.

Just an observation, could it be that you are typing wrong... if should be
https:// and not http:// ? might be just a typo on your part..
