column.
Step 3: Please try to remove and re-add Transmission Control
Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) in the Local Area Connection
properties, and then create a new profile.
To do this:
1. Click Start , point to Settings , and then click Control Panel .
2. In Control Panel, double-click Network and Dial-Up Connections.
3. Right-click Local Area Connection , and then click Properties .
4. Click to clear the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) check box, and then click
OK .
5. Restart your computer.
6. Click Start , point to Settings , and then click Control Panel .
7. In Control Panel, double-click Network and Dial-Up Connections.
8. Right-click Local Area Connection , and then click Properties .
9. Click to select the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) check box, and then
click OK .
10. If you are prompted, restart your computer
11. Create a new Outlook profile.
If the issue persists, please kindly help me collect some information for
further investigation:
1. Please capture screenshots on the error message and send the pictures to
me at v-terliu@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
2. Save the application event log and system event log as evt files on the
problematic machines and send to my mailbox: v-terliu@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Hope these steps will give you some help.
Thanks and have a nice day!
