Hello Paul,
Thank you for kind update.
For we still can not connect XP clients via RDP, I suggest we try the
following steps:
Please disable the client XP firewall temporary, or ensure the XP firewall
does not block the port 3389 for RDP.
a. Open control panel-> windows firewall on the client
b. Select Exceptions tap, please tick the option Remote Desktop
c. Click OK to finish.
Then, try to telnet the 3389 port from SBS, does it work?
For we can access some parts of RWW web pages (Monitor Help Desk, Download
Connection Manager), we have to reinstall the RWW component:
To reinstall RWW:
A. Open Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs.
B. Click Change/Remove for Windows Small Business Server 2003 in Add or
Remove Programs:
C. Click "Windows Small Business Server 2003" and click on "Change/Remove".
D. Follow the setup prompts until you reach the "Component Selection"
dialog screen.
E. Set the "Server Tools" to "Reinstall".
F. Complete the setup wizard. You'll be prompted for input SBS installation
CD.
G. Then run CEICW again.
Then test this issue.
Hope these steps will give you some help.
Thanks and have a nice day!
Best regards,
Terence Liu(MSFT)
