<proceeding, I've asked our client if they want to pursue this, since
<they will have to pay for my time, and they have decided not to. They
<will come up with a workaround with an alternate email address for
<this one person. So as much as I'd like to troubleshoot and resolve
<this, I can't spend the time on it unless the client wants me to.
