RE: Off-Line Files Issue - Client Remembers a Removed Share

Terence
The problem has reoccurred. I've only just noticed that the issue seems to
arise as soon as my Pocket PC is connected and Activesync starts. However
after the gpedit exercise it then seems to disappear shortly after the sync
with my mobile ends.

Hello David,.
Thank you for kind update.
Base on my further research, if this issue only happens on one client,
please go through the following steps:
1. Run command "gpedit.msc" on problematic client
2. Extend Computer Configuration->Administrative
Templates->Network->Offline Files
3. Double click Synchronize all offline files when logging on, select
Disabled, click OK.
4. Exit Group Policy editor, test this issue.
If this issue happens on all clients, please go to SBS server side, then
ensure there is no such GPO about Offline files.
Hope these steps will give you some help.
Thanks and have a nice day!
Best regards,
Terence Liu(MSFT)
