I am using SBS2K2 (not R2)

I installed firewall by using the wizard "connect to internet"

The service packs I refer to are the server 2003 SBS service pack 1 & 2 the software pack we purchased seems not to include any service pack.

After install service pack 1 a new Icon in Control panel is created for Firewall, but it is not accessible as it shows another application is using it

I wish to add other items in the firewall rules but can not see where to add them without running the "Connect to Internet" wizard.

What service packs do you refer to? Sharepoint, Exchange, ISA 2004,
Server 2003 all have SP1 and SP2.

The firewall is needed as I have set 2 NIC's one to the local LAN the other is connecting to the internet via the WAN router, I don't want to leave disabled.
