Re: message bouncing between two servers

Hi Jacky

Thanks for that. The remote users access emails straight into their outlooks
from our company domain web host. There are separate mailboxes with the web
host for them. We just want them to be part of the distribution list and
making them change their work style by connecting via vpn first which they
currently don't do seems a bit much.

I am interested to know why contacts can not have external emails addresses
in the same company public domain as the rest of the users. If it were
possible it would make it very easy for us to achieve the company wide
distribution list.

Thanks

Regards

Hi John,

Thanks for posting back.

I am glad to hear it works for the purpose of testing, for your another
question, why do you use contact for mail delivery? if you need forward to
an external email address, you can use the contact, so can you just use the
normal user account for the employees at remote site? and please let me
know how the employees at remote site access their mail,I think they can
use RWW to do that,or by VPN

Have a nice day!
