Hi,
Thank for updating.
I am sorry there are some difference between your server and my test
machine. All my test machines are using English (UK) and the problem cannot
be reproduced.
This increases the difficulty for trouble shooting. Thanks for
understanding.
The problem may be caused that the OS itself is English (USA). This was
installed by the OEM manufacturer of the server. Also, multiple registry
keys have had their sShortDate key modified to MM/DD/YYYY.
Since the other registry keys are the same, please modify the following
keys.
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-19\Control Panel\International = M/d/yyyy to DD/MM/YYYY
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-20\Control Panel\International = M/d/yyyy to DD/MM/YYYY
Then please run iisreset under command prompt.
Please check if the problem can be resolved.
I am looking forward to hear from you.
If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.
Have a nice day.
Best regards,
Robert Li(MSFT)

Robert
Thanks, with your help I have been able to fix the problem. However,
setting just
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-19\Control Panel\International = M/d/yyyy to DD/MM/
YYYY and
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-20\Control Panel\International = M/d/yyyy to DD/MM/
YYYY
was not enough. I set these values and ran IISReset following which
the Server Report as displayed on the screen from within 'Server
Management' displayed the date and time in the correct format but the
Emailed report was still in the USA format.
So I went back to Regedit and changed all the settings in
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-19\Control Panel\International &
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-20\Control Panel\International
to match those in HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\Control Panel\International.
I than ran IISReset and the Emailed report now also appears in the
correct format.
So thanks again for your help.
Geoff Davis
