Once those users have logged in (or you have logged in for them) and
succefully completed the SBS setup for their profile, you can delete the
user from the local Administrators group on the workstation. They then will
be "standard" (Limited) users.

As for hiding progams in the Start menu from "Limited" users, that's a bit

Know I have the following showing in the Local Users & Groups | Groups |

The Last three listed here should be only regular end users and not
administrators. How to correct this?

Then the other issue will be to correct access to programs under START |
PROGRAMS.
and then how to clean up the icons on the end users.

Under the Administrator I found a listing for SMALLBUSINESS\Domain
Admins.

Is this what you are referring too? So, I just need to delete this
Group?

I did as the wizards said for the user setups on the server unit and
then
did
what was required from the workstation (XP PRO unit). Know I don't

I have about 1 dozen shortcut icons that show up on each of the end

desktop that they do not need access to. Only I need access to them.

I remove them just from there user setups and not mine?

This hard drive was many used by me solely for many years(it came
from
the
computer that is now a full time Server Unit).
I had a similar hard drive setup for the rest of the family on
another
computer which is the current Workstation1 unit. The big difference
was
that
the other Hard Drive was setup with just XP Pro OS, XP Professional
Office
Suite, All the kids games, virus protection and browsers.
That hard drive currently resides on the Workstation1 unit as a
spare
drive
for which I can access at any time.

So there are programs that I would not want to have showing up on
the
start/programs of the end users.

On the workstation computer, under the local users & groups I see
the
admin
group. I guess the bigger question is how come when I followed the
step
by
step instructions of the wizards on setting up new users and
assigned
the
3
new users as end users during this process, admin rights should not
have
been
assigned at all. Not sure why they show up here in the first place?
Especially when I assigned them as regular end users.

Second part from above. When I remove the icons from one user to
the
recycle bin, it removes those same icons from all users. This is
not
the
way
I was hoping for here. Why is this happening this way?
