Hi Jacky,
Sorry it took so long to get back, but working with other peoples laptops is
tough.
I tried all the steps outlined above; deleting the profile and recreating
it, adding a dummy user, plus I deleted the user from SBS and readded it.
The results are that deleting the profile did no good and deleting the user
did no good. The dummy user works fine, no errors at all.
I think the next step would be to create a new user on the computer and see
if that works. I'm open to any other ideas.
