Hi John,
Thanks for updating.
Based on your reply, please take the following steps to see if the problem
can be resolved:
Step 1: If you have URLScan tool installed, please remove it.
For more information, please refer to:
325965 The URLScan tool may cause problems in Outlook Web Access

Exchange 2003 environment

Step 2: Please check SMTP addresses setting for Exchange Virtual Server
In Exchange System Manager, expand Servers\your
server\Protocols\HTTP\Exchange Virtual Server, right-click Exchange and
click Properties. What SMTP domain is displayed in Exchange Path?
Note that one of your SMTP addresses for a user MUST match the "Exchange
Path" of the OWA virtual server he/she is trying to use.
Step 3: Please rerun CEICW Wizard created a new Certificate.
For more information, please refer to:

2003

If the problem still exists, I think some authentication setting in IIS is
changed, please kindly collect the following information for further
research:
If the issuer still persists, please kindly help me collect the following
information for further analysis:
1. Metabase
1) Install .NET Framework Version 1.1:

8157-034d1e7cf3a3&DisplayLang=en.
2) Install MBExplorer by installing IIS 6 Resource Kit Tools:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=56FC92EE-A71A-4C73-
B628-ADE629C89499&displaylang=en.
3) Once it is installed, access it from Start, Programs, IIS Resources,
Metabase Explorer.
4) In the left pane, right click ''LM'' (under your server computer name)
to choose ''Export to file'', and then save it as IIS.mbk.
5)Compress this mbk file and send it to me for analysis.
2. IIS logs
1) Open IIS.
2) Locate Default web site. Right-click it and then click Properties.
3) Click to selected Enable logging and then click properties.
4) Click Advanced.
5) Click to select every checkbox here.
6) Click OK to close these windows.
7) Reproduce this issue and send the %systemroot%\System32\LogFiles to me
3.MPS-Report
1) Visit
http://download.microsoft.com/download/b/b/1/bb139fcb-4aac-4fe5-a579-30b0bd9
15706/MPSRPT_NETWORK.EXE to download the file.
2) Run the MPSRPT_NETWORK.EXE on the server box.
3) Wait for 10~15 minutes.
4) Open Windows explorer, navigate to
%SYSTEMROOT%\MPSReports\Network\Reports\cab\.
5) Send the .cab file directly us.
Please send me the information to v-robeli@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with
subject:38607234-Exchange 2003 OWA.
I am looking forward to hear from you.
If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know
