Seems to me that the AP is great for businesses like this one to 'try
on' some of the software before making a long-term commitment to it.
They don't "give" you the AP, you order it and when you order it you state
that you quality for it.
If you are not one of the listed types then you are in complete violation
of the agreement and right to use the software. I've seen many IT types
install the AP for their customers where the customer was in total
violation of the agreement.
If you are not one of the following then you can not order the AP:
resellers, consultants, VARs, value-added providers, system integrators,
developers, system builders, hosts, service providers or IT professionals
Again, MS does not "Give" the Action Pack, you order it and state that you
are one of the above types.
