Setting reminders to clean up mailboxes for some users

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hi,

I posted a question regarding making Exchange's database grow past the 16GB a few days ago, I will increase it to 25GB. But I'd like to put in place some policies that warn users to start cleaning up the mail when it gets to 1GB.

The problem is I have about 6 users who are managers who already have mailboxes that are closer to 2GB of mail and they don't want to prune it or don't have time at the moment. So I need to know how to turn on a warning for some users at 1GB and the others at maybe 2GB.

Thanks
Tristan
