Re: Exchange 2003 OWA

Thanks for the reply. Here are the answers to your questions. I
won't be able to access the client's server until later today or
tomorrow. Let me know if the answers spark any other ideas. THANKS

From your description, I know that you applied Exchange SP2 and ran DST
updates, you cannot visit OWA. If I am off-base, please don't hesitate to
let me know.

Yes, this is correct.

Please let me know the following to make the situation more clearly:

1. When you visit OWA, what's the error massage?
"You could not be logged on to Outlook Web Access. Make sure your
domain\user name and password are correct, and then try again."

2. Can you visit other websites such as companyweb and RWW successfully?
Yes, in fact OWA works fine through RWW.

3. Do you have ISA server installed?
No

4. Can you successfully send/receive e-mail with Outlook?
Yes. Exchange and Outlook are working fine, users just cannot login
to OWA.

5. Can you visit OWA from the SBS server viahttp://localhost/exchange?
I can visit OWA with a new account I setup using Mobile User and I can
login using the Adminstrator account. I cannot however log in using
an account which has been set up for 2 years and previously was able
to access OWA.
