Server Performance Report - Date Format

I receive Emailed Server Performance Reports from 4 Servers (different
sites, not related). For 3 of the Servers the date format is in
standard UK format as set in the regional settings i.e. dd/mm/yyyy
hh:nn. eg for 3rd march 2007, "Report created on 03/04/2007 at 06:00"
However the report from the other Server (call it Server4) has dates
in a USA format and time in 12 hour format e.g. "Report created on
4/3/2007 at 6:00 AM".

I have checked and compared the regional settings on Server4 with the
other Servers and they are exactly the same. From the advanced
settings in the Regional Settings I have re-applied the settings to
the current account and the default account but this has made no
difference.

I suspect that there is another setting somewhere that needs tweaking,
can anyone help please.
